肿瘤患者消化道假丝酵母菌属感染的临床分析

摘要 目的探讨肿瘤患者消化道假丝酵母菌属的感染情况,分析感染发生的危险因素,为临床预防该病的发生提供参考。方法选取2009年1月-2012年1月经病理证实为恶性肿瘤的患者90例,其中发生消化道假丝酵母菌属感染的患者19例,共23例次,对其临床资料进行分析。结果消化道假丝酵母菌属易感染部位为食道(39.13%)和口腔(26.09%);以白色假丝酵母菌所占比例最高,占69.57%,其次为光滑假丝酵母菌,占17.39%;年龄、肿瘤分期、外周血白细胞计数及季节为肿瘤患者发生消化道假丝酵母菌属感染的主要危险因素(P<0.05)。结论恶性肿瘤患者消化道假丝酵母菌属感染发生率较高,年龄、肿瘤分期、外周血白细胞计数及季节为其主要危险因素,应对此加强监控。 OBJECTIVE To explore the status of gastrointestinal tract infections in the tumor patients and analyze the risk factors for the infections so as to provide reference for prevention of infections.METHODS From Jan 2009 to Jan 2012,totally 90 patients with surgically and pathologically proved malignant tumor were selected,there were 19 patients(23 case-times) with gastrointestinal Candida infections,the clinical data were analyzed.RESULTS The most common sites infected with gastrointestinal Candida were esophagus(39.13%)and oral cavity(26.09%).C.albicans(69.57%) occupied the highest proportion(69.57%),followed by C.glabrata(17.39%).The age,neoplasm staging,peripheral WBC count,and season were the risk factors for the gastrointestinal Candida infections in the tumor patients(P0.05).CONCLUSION The incidence rate of gastrointestinal Candida infections is relatively high in the tumor patients.The age,neoplasm staging,peripheral WBC count,and season are the risk factors,thus the monitoring needs to be intensified.
