摘要
目的探讨倾注平皿法和平板划线法接种效果的灵敏性和检出细菌的阳性率。方法将2010年12月-2011年3月环境采样标本219份和透析用水样本84份,分别采用1ml倾注平皿法和100μl平板划线法接种,培养48h后判读结果,比较细菌生长标本数和阳性率。结果消毒液、物体表面、手和透析用水标本采用倾注平皿法和平板划线法培养出的阳性率分别为0、0、17.19%、1.72%、25%和0、1.33%、15.63%、5.17%、35.71%,经t检验,仅透析用水采用两种方法接种的细菌生长数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但其阳性率差异无统计学意义;其他标本采用两种方法接种培养的结果阳性率及细菌生长计数差异均无统计学意义。结论实际工作中平板划线法简单、易行,可操作性强,可代替倾注平皿法。
OBJECTIVE To discuss the sensitivity and positive rate of specimens cultured by pour plate method and streak plate method.METHODS A total of 219 environment specimens and 84 hemodialysis water specimens from Dec.2010 to Mar.2011 were both cultured 1 milliliter by pour plate method and 100 microliter by streak plate method.The results were judged 48 hours after the culture.The number of the samples with the growth of bacteria and the positive rates were compared.RESULTS The positive rates of the disinfectants,article surface,hand,oxygen moisture bottle and hemodialysis water specimens cultured by pour plate method and streak plate method were 0%,0%,17.19%,1.72%,25% and 0%,1.33%,15.63%,5.17%,35.71%,respectively.The t-test indicated that the difference in the number of the bacterial growth in the hemodialysis water between the two groups was statistically significant(P0.05),but the difference in the the positive rate was not statistically significant.The differences in both the positive rate and the amount of bacteria of environment specimens between the two methods were not statistically significant.CONCLUSION The streak plate method can replace the pour plate method in clinical practice for it is simple and easy to operate.
