摘要 由于污水处理厂的进水水质和流量时刻都在变化,工艺过程中的最优参数也在变化,因此根据进水负荷优化工艺过程参数,对污水处理厂来说是很重要的。由于好氧池的曝气能耗占整个污水处理厂能耗的1/2以上,所以曝气优化具有很大的节能潜力。目前大部分污水处理厂没有进行曝气优化,导致出水水质随着进水负荷的变化而波动。介绍了利用在线水质分析仪表监测进水负荷实现优化曝气控制的精确曝气优化方案,从而实现在出水稳定达标排放的情况下节省能量。 As the flow rate and water quality of the influent of sewage treatment plants are variable from time to time, the optimum process parameters of sewage treatment plants change too. Therefore, it is important to optimize the process parameters according to the influent load of sewage treatment plants. Also, the aeration optimization has a large energy saving potential because the aeration in the aerobic tank takes up more than half of the whole energy consumption of the plant. At present, most sewage treatment plants do not optimize the aeration control, and the water quality of the effluent fluctuates when the influent load changes. A precise aeration optimization plan to carry out the optimum aeration control by using online water quality analyzer to monitor the influent load was introduced to achieve the energy saving, while ensuring that the effluent quality met the discharge standard.
