通过QC活动降低市政污水管道河涌溢流率 被引量:2

QC Activities for Reduction of Overflow from Municipal Sewers to Rivers

摘要 针对广州猎德涌流域污水排放系统存在的问题,成立了专项QC小组。经过QC小组的调查分析,发现污水溢流的主要原因是管道堵塞、排水设施损坏及施工工地排放泥水。根据QV、SONAR检测的实际情况制定了实施对策、施工计划以及巩固措施。验收结果表明,经过疏通管道及修复设施后,猎德涌流域污水排放系统的溢流率显著降低,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。 To address the problems of sewage system along the Liede River in Guangzhou City, a specific QC group was established. After the survey and analysis by the QC group, it was found that the main reasons of sewage overflow were the blocking of sewage pipelines, the damage to drainage facilities and slurry water discharge from construction site. The implementation countermeasures, construction plans and consolidation measures were established according the actual situation of QV and SONAR inspection. The acceptation results showed that after dredging the pipeline and repairing the facilities, the overflow rate was significantly reduced, and good economic and social benefits were achieved.
