摘要
目的 :对中药韭子的化学成分进行研究。方法 :溶剂提取和硅胶柱分离 ,根据化合物理化性质和光谱数据鉴定其结构。结果 :分离并鉴定了 5个化合物 ,分别为烟草甙C ,1 O α L 鼠李糖 (2 2S) 胆甾 5 烯 1β ,3β ,16 β ,2 2 四羟基 16 O β D 葡萄糖甙 ,β 胡萝卜甙 ,腺嘌呤核苷和胸腺嘧啶核苷。 结论 :均为首次从该植物中分得。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents in the seed of Allium tuberosum .Method:Chromatography and spectral analysis were used to isolate the constituents and elucidate their structures.Result:Five compounds were isolated from the alcohol extracts of the seeds and identified as nicotianoside C,(22S)-cholest-5-ene-1β,3β,16β,22-tetrol-1-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-16-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,daucosterol,adenosine and thymidine.Conclusion:All the compounds were isolated from the seed of this plant for the first time.
