摘要
无锡市城北污水处理厂四期工程(规模为5×104m3/d)由于建设用地少、出水水质要求高,因此采用了较为先进的MBR工艺。污水经二级生化处理后,通过PVDF中空纤维膜进行泥水分离,经臭氧消毒脱色后排放。在两年的运行过程中,通过对运行参数的合理调控以及对膜组器的科学维护,城北污水处理厂MBR工艺出水水质稳定且优于《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级A标准。
Membrane bioreator(MBR) process is the combination of suspended culture biological treatment (activated sludge process) and membrane separation technology. Because of the limited area and high effluent quality standard in Wuxi Chengbei Sewage Treatment Plant, the advanced technology MBR was applied to the fourth-stage project (5×10^4m^3/d). After secondary biological treatment, sludge and water were seperated through PVDF hollow fibre membrane, and then effluent was disinfected and decolorized by ozone. During the two years of operation, depending on rational controlling of running parameters and scientific maintaining of membrane components, the effluent quality of MBR was superior to the first level A criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant ( GB 18918 - 2002 ).
