CASS/Filter Process for Treatment and Reuse of Sewage from a University in Xi'an City

为节省水资源并保护环境,西安某高校采用CASS/过滤工艺处理校园污水并回用,介绍了该污水处理及回用工程的概况、水质特点、工艺特点、运行状况及经济分析。实践表明:CASS工艺出水水质满足设计要求,该工程的建设有效地节约了水资源,具有一定的经济效益,在高校校园污水处理及回用方面具有推广意义。

In order to save water resources and protect environment, CASS/filter process was used for treatment and reuse of sewage from a university in Xi＇ an City. The overview, water quality characteristics, process characteristics, operation conditions and economic analysis of the sewage treatment and reuse project were introduced. The practice shows that the effluent quality from CASS process can meet the requirements of the design. The construction of the project can effectively save the water resources, and there are certain economic benefits. It has promotion significance in the campus sewage treatment and reuse.
