中国木本粮食产业发展制约因素与策略分析

Analysis on Constraint Factors and Strategies of Woody Grain Industry Development in China

发展木本粮食是保障我国粮食安全的战略途径。在介绍中国木本粮食产业发展现状的基础上,对中国木本粮食产业发展的潜力与制约因素进行深入剖析,结果发现：中国木本粮食产业发展潜力大,但同时也面临着栽培管理技术落后、产品加工能力弱、综合利用率低、国际市场开发不力和政策扶持力度小等制约因素。据此,提出了科学制定发展规划、推进产业化标准建设、提高产品精深加工和综合利用能力、开发欧美国际市场和加大政策扶持力度等木本粮食产业发展策略。

The development of woody food is the strategy way to guarantee Chinese food security.On the basis of development status of woody food industry in China,the paper analyzes deeply the potential and constraint factors for the development of woody food industry in China.The result shows that development potential of Chinese woody food industrial is great,but also faces such constraints as the backward cultivation techniques,the small processing capacity,a low comprehensive utilization rate,the weak international market development and the small intensity of policy support,ect.Based on the conclusion,some development strategies of woody grain industry are put forward,including formulating scientifically development planning,promotion of the industrialization of standard construction,improvement the product deep processing and comprehensive utilization of capacity,the development of international markets in Europe and America and enhancement intensify of policy support.
