国有森工林区生态文化建设工作建议——以黑龙江省东京城林业局为例

Ecological Culture Construction in National Forest Industry Region—— Taking Dongjingcheng Forestry Bureau in Heilongjiang Province as an Example

介绍了黑龙江省宁安市东京城林业局全面实施＂四个一＂工程的实践经验。认为,必须要重点全面实施＂不断提高每一个林区人的生态文化素质工程,＂营造一种良好的生态文化氛围工程＂,＂建设一批标志性生态文化基础设施并适时开展群众性文化活动工程＂,＂形成一套有利于生态文化大发展的良好机制工程＂,以提升国有森工林区的生态文化建设水平。

This paper describes the practical experience of the full implementation of the＂four＂engineering Dongjingcheng Forestry Bureau in Heilongjiang Province.It holds that must focus on the full implementation of the ＂ continuous improvement of the ecological and cultural qualities,＂ create a good ecological culture works,＂ the construction of a number of iconic ecological and cultural infrastructure and timely conduct mass a good mechanism for cultural activities ＂ projects,＂ the formation of a beneficial ecological and cultural development ＂ works to enhance the ecological and cultural level of the building of the state-owned industrial forest areas.
