摘要
对于深度受潮的变压器,利用热油喷淋干燥,可有效提高绝缘水平,介绍了热油喷淋干燥的原理,阐述了喷淋干燥系统、真空系统、绝缘电阻测量回路,并结合喷淋干燥过程和喷淋干燥实例数据,对干燥结果进行了判断,通过热油喷淋干燥前后变压器的绝缘效果的对比,结果证明该喷淋干燥系统的良好效果。
For the transformer of serious wetting, deep fat spray dry could raise insulation level effectively. Introduction was made to the principle of deep fat spray dry. This paper expatiated on the spray dry system, the vacuum system and the measurement circuit of insulation resistance, combining with the process and the data of example of spray dry to judge the dry result. By contrast to the insulation effect of deep fat spray dry before and after, the result verified the good effect of this spray dry system.
