摘要
深入分析了玻纤织物的结构和织造特性,研究了用剑杆织机织造玻纤织物的工艺特征。通过对玻纤织物纬向移位、剪切困难、布面起皱、退解张力控制困难等现象的研究,提炼织物经纬向的受力特征,寻找解决方法。通过机构创新,解决玻纤机织物的织造难题。
Regarding the weaving of glass fiber fabrics with rapier looms,the authors made profound analyses on the structure and weaving performance of glass fiber fabrics as well as the loom behaviors.Through the investigation on such problems as weft displacement,cutting difficulty,cloth surface crease and difficulty in unwinding tension control,the load bearing characteristics of fabrics in warp and weft directions were summarized to find out solutions,making these weaving difficulties overcome by the innovations on loom mechanisms.
