异丙酚对芬太尼全麻术后呕吐的影响

Effect of propofol on vomiting after general anaesthesia with fentanyl

目的和方法：为观察异丙酚对芬太尼全麻术后呕吐发生率的影响，将１３０例全麻患者随机分配成两组，芬太尼全身麻醉组为ｎ１组，芬太尼十异丙酚全身麻醉组ｎ２组进行比较。结果：２４ｈ内呕吐发生率ｎ１组为３３％，ｎ２组为３％，作统计学Ｘ＾２检验Ｐ〈０．０４出现显著性差异。结论：异丙酚能有效抑制芬太尼全麻术后的呕吐反应。

Objective and Methods:To observe the effect of propofol on vomiting occurrence after general anaesthesia with fentanyl,we divided at randomly 130 cases into two groups;Group n_1 used fentanyl for general anaestesia and group n_2 used fentanyl plus propofol. Results:Vomiting occrrence rate is 33% with group n_1 within 24 hours and 3% with group n_2,The statistical chi-square test P< 0. 005 shows remarkable difference. Conclusion:Propofol has effective depression on the vomiting reaction caused by applying fentanyl to general anaesthesia.
