摘要
目的:观察新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(Hypoxic Ischenic Encephalopathy,HIE)对心、肝、 肾的损伤。方法:35例重度HIE和32例轻度HIE作为研究组,30例正常新生儿作为对照组。入院后 翌日晨空腹股静脉穿刺抽血,验测肝功能 ALT,肾功能 BUN和 Cr,心肌酶 AST、LDH和 HBDH.结 果:重度组ALT71.5±25.5U/L,BUN6.5±2.3mmol/L,Cr90±33umol/L,AST131±61u/L, LDH700±285u/L,HBDH707.5±230.5u/L,与正常对照组有显著差异(P<0.01)。轻度组ALT20± 5.75u/L,BUN2.7±1.0mmol/L,Cr68±23umol/L,与正常对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)AST57.5± 24.5u./L,LDH543±199.5u/L,HBDH441.5±20.5u/L与正常对照组有显著差异(P<0.01)。重度组 与轻度组比较也有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:HIE对心、肝、肾有损伤作用,重度HIE的损伤较轻度 HIE严重。
Objective: To obeserve the effect of Hypoxic Ischenic Encephalopathy (HIE) in Neonates on Heart、Liver and kedney. Methods: 32 cases with mild HIE and 35 cases with severe HIE beloned to study groups. 30 normal neonates belonged to control group.Blood samples were collected for functional study of heart、liver and kedney.Results: In severe HIE group, ALT、BUN、Cr、AST、 LDH and HBDH were 71.5±25. 5u/L、6.5± 2. 3mmol/L、90±33umol/L、131±161u/L、700±285u/L and 707. 5±230. 5u/L, respectively. The difference was significant (P<0. 01 ) between severe HIE group and control group. In mild HIE group. ALT、BUN and 20±5.75u/L、2. 7±1.0mmol/L and 68 ±23umol/L.,respectively,There was no difference (P<0.05) between mild HIE group and control group, but AST、LDH and HBDH were 52.5±24.u. /L, 543±199.5u/L and 441.5±20.5u/L, respectively. There was a significance difference (P<0.01) between mild HIE group and control group.The difference also was significant between severe HIE and mild HIE. Conclusions:The others experience that there are effect of HIE on heart、liver and kedney. sever HIE have more severe lesion than mild HIE
