摘要
中央财政科研专项项目绩效考评制度的建立和实践有效提高了科技经费效益。该文回顾了我国中央财政对科研专项项目开展绩效考评制度体系的形成历史,归纳整理了我国当前科研专项项目绩效考评的主要规定,概要分析了绩效考评对科研项目管理的积极作用。
The establishment and practice of the performance evaluation system of the research project sponsored by the central government has improved the performance of science and technology funds. The article reviewed the history of the introduction of performance evaluation of research projects in our country, and summarized the main provisions of the research project performance evaluation system in our country, provided the analysis of the positive effect of performance evaluation for research project management.
