摘要
该文运用系统科学的理论与方法,探讨新时期种业科技竞争主体和环境的变化背景下,公益类科研机构如何提高科技产出质量,重新构建农业知识产权战略,适应种业科技竞争环境和现代科技体制机制改革要求。
Under the background of seed industry science and technology competition. This paper provides an ana- lytical overview of Agricultural knowledge property rights in Public Research Institutions. Among other things, the results show that the Agricultural knowledge property rights is so important for Public Research Institutions. , as are the problems that modem science and technology innovation mechanism of system reform of the theory and practice of the inevitable choice.
