表面改性MgAl-CO_3-LDHs的制备及其阻燃性研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用液相沉淀法制备了表面经硬脂酸钠改性的高分散且粒度分布均匀的纳米镁铝水滑石(MgAl-CO3-LDHs)。并利用接触角仪、X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)和热分析仪(TG-DSC)对产物进行表征。进一步将改性LDHs以不同的质量分数填充到高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)中进行混炼造粒和模压成型,进行阻燃性能的研究。结果表明:制备的LDHs微粒尺寸在50 nm左右,LDHs经硬脂酸钠改性后其接触角显著增大,添加改性LDHs的HDPE体系的氧指数随着改性LDHs添加量的增加而增大。 The surface modified MgA1-CO3-LDHs with high dispersion and homogeneous mean particle diameter was prepared with liquid precipitation process. The product was characterized by contact angle in- strument, XRD, TEM, FTIR and TG-DSC. The HDPE-LDHs composite materials were prepared by mixing granulation and compression molding for the studying of flame retardant properties. The results showed that the prepared LDHs had a mean diameter of 50 nm and after modification by sodium stearate, the contact angle of LDHs increased. The oxygen index of the HDPE system filled with nano-LDHs had increased with the addi- tion of LDHs.
