摘要
公平感是编辑工作投入的心理基础,是编辑工作绩效的有效保障,是编辑人才去留的影响因素。受主客观因素影响,高职学报编辑在地位、待遇等方面都受到与教学科研人员不同等的对待,致使编辑工作的积极性和热情不高,质量和效率无法保证。应通过提高自身的认知水平和领导的重视程度、建立和完善有效的规章制度等方式来提高编辑的公平感,满足他们的心理诉求,促进高职学报的健康发展。
Sense of fairness is the psychological basis of editors' job engagement,which is the effective guarantee of job performance and the factor of determining the talent flow of journal staff.At present,the edits' work enthusiasm and passion is not high,influencing the work quality and efficiency,because the editors of higher vocational college journals are treated differently from teaching and scientific research staff in the status and salary.To improve the editors' sense of fairness,meet their psychological demands,and promote the healthy development of higher vocational colleges journals,some effective measures should be taken to improve edits' cognitive level,attention from leadership should be placed,and effective rules and regulations established and perfected.
