Research into Current Situation and Cultivation of Teachers' Information Literacy in Higher Vocational Colleges in Jiangsu Province

高职教师信息素养的提高,对于提高高职院校教师教学能力和教学效果有着十分重要的作用。从信息素养的内涵出发,分析高职院校教师应具备的信息素养,并对高职教师信息素养的现状进行调查,对其所得的客观数据进行了分析,找出高职教师信息素养存在的问题,从个人内在因素和外在因素两个方面,提出解决问题的具体策略。

The improvement of information literacy of higher vocational college teachers is of great importance to improvement of teaching ability and teaching effect.This paper from the connotation of the information literacy,analyzes what information literacy the higher vocational colleges teachers should have,making an investigation about the current situation of teacher＇s information literacy.The income of the objective data is analyzed,finding out the problem of the information literacy and putting forward concrete strategy to solve the problem.
