摘要
通过对国内一商用洗碗机喷淋结构流场的残差曲线图、压力分布、速度云图等的分析,得出该商用洗碗机喷淋结构的设计缺陷,针对结构缺陷提出了优化的方案,对改进后的结构进行了验证,保证了优化的效果,最后得出了结构优化的结论。
By analyzing the structure of the flow field of the residual spray curve,pressure distribution,and velocity cloud etc,we detect the design flaws and defects of the structure of spray of commercial dishwasher.Aiming at the defects we put forward plan for structure-improving,then we are verification of the effect of the plan,ensure the optimization effect,.In the end,we work out plans for structure-improving.
