The experiential teaching is a kind of teaching mode and is based on constructivism.It regards experience as the effective and important element,which highlights the value and the status of experience in teaching.This paper introduces the methods of the experiential teaching in university P.E.class.With well-designed sports activities,games and situations,the principal status of students and the leading role of the teacher become clear.In the process of mutual teaching,autonomic and creative learning of students are put into full play,which would bring them fantastic experience in body,mind,emotion and even psyche.
