摘要
民汉合校作为民族教育的一种办学形式,目标在于培养"民汉兼通"人才。通过对一所典型的民汉合校完全中学的教师调研,了解民汉合校的办学形式与少数民族教师专业成长之间的关系,以期为达到民汉合校政策和少数民族教师成长双赢的目标提供一些有价值的参考和建议。
The multi-cultural schools are a form of ethnic education.The aim of these schools is to cultivate the talents with both ethnic and Han cultures.Based on an investigation of a typical multi-cultural ethnic and Han merged school, this paper illustrates the relationship between the school-running form and teachers'profession development so as to provide some valuable and constructive suggestions for the multi-cultural schools and ethnic teachers.
