摘要
针对车载通信设备运输环境的恶劣性,应用MSC Patran和Nastran软件对安装在车辆顶部的1.2m天线进行了抗振动的分析计算。根据计算结果选取了合适的隔振器。并通过进一步仿真分析,对天线结构强度进行校核。结果表明,通过对车载通信设备进行抗振分析计算,并采取有效的抗振措施,能够确保设备在车辆行驶复杂力学环境下的可靠性。
Based on the rugged transportation conditions of the communications equipment used on vehicle, this article analyses and calculates the anti--vibration capacity of the 1.2meter diameter antenna installed on vehicle. Based on the result, isolation vibration instruments are chosed. And then the stress of the an- tenna structure is checked in more analysis. The result shows that through the anti-vibration designing and analysis of the communication equipment, as well as affective measures taken about the anti-vibration, the reliability of equipment of the vehicle driving under complicated mechanical environment can be guaran- teed.
