温针灸关元穴合穴位埋线对针刺治疗女性痤疮患者疗效的影响

Influence of Warming Acupuncture on Guanyuan Point Plus Acupoint Catgut Embedding on Therapeutic Effect of Acupuncture for Female Acne Patients

【目的】观察温针灸关元穴合穴位埋线对针刺治疗女性痤疮患者疗效的影响,并评价其对患者生存质量的改善作用。【方法】将98例女性痤疮患者随机分为治疗组50例和对照组48例。治疗组在针刺治疗的基础上结合温针灸关元穴和穴位埋线,对照组采用针刺加口服盐酸米诺环素胶囊治疗,共治疗2个疗程(8周)。比较观察2组临床疗效及治疗前后皮损评分和生存质量的变化情况。【结果】治疗组的临床总有效率有高于对照组的趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组对患者的皮损评分和SF-36量表评分的改善作用则优于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。【结论】温针灸关元穴合穴位埋线能一定程度提高针刺治疗女性痤疮患者的疗效,并能提高患者的生存质量。

Objective To observe the influence of warming acupuncture on Guanyuan point plus aeupoint catgut embedding on therapeutic effect of acupuncture for female aene patients, and to evaluate its effect on improving life quality. Methods Ninety-eight female acne patients were randomized into treatment group （N = 50） and control group （N =48 ）. Both groups were treated with conventional acupuncture therapy, treatment group was also given warming acupuncture on Guanyuan combined with acupoint catgut embedding and the control group was given oral use of Minocycline Hydrochloride Capsules. The treatment lasted 2 courses, covering 8 weeks. The clinical curative effect, and the scores of skin lesion and quality of life were observed before and after treatment in both groups. Results Treatment group had higher total effective rate, but the difference between the two group was not statistically significant （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The improvement of scores of skin lesion and SF-36 questionnaire in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group, the difference being statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Warming acupuncture on Guanyuan point plus acupoint catgut embedding can increase the therapeutic effect of acupuncture for female ache patients to some extent, and can improve the quality of life of the patients.
