变性魔芋粉糊料应用性能的测试与研究

天然魔芋粉原料广泛、价格便宜,但直接作为印花原糊使用性能欠佳。将天然魔芋粉进行变性处理,使之在化学性质和流变性能方面得以改善,以代替合成龙胶和供应紧张的海藻酸钠则是一个极好的设想。以经过化学变性的魔芋粉为研究对象,并以合成龙胶和海藻酸钠为参比对象,对魔芋粉糊料作为印花原料使用时的化学性质、流变性能、适用范围进行了测试与研究,从而阐明了变性魔芋粉的实际应用性能。

Natural konjac powder is easy available and relatively cheap. Modified konjac can be as printing paste for its improved chemical and rheotogical properties. It can be substitute for synthetic gum tragacanth and sodium alginate which is short of demand. The paper compared modified konjac with synthetic gum tragacanth and sodium alginate of the chemical property, theological property etc. By related testing and research, the paper showed the application performance of modified konjac in practical application
