摘要
研究了活性染料红LFG对牛奶纤维的染色工艺。通过对上染百分率和表面深度K/S的测定,研究了染色温度、染色时间和碱剂用量对染色效果的影响。找到了活性红LFG对牛奶纤维的最佳染色工艺条件:染色温度为50℃,染色时间为40min,元明粉用量为40g/L,碱剂用量为12g/L,在此工艺条件下能够得到最佳的染色效果(K/S值为7.023)。
This paper discussed the dyeing technological conditions of Reactive Red LFG on milk fiber. By measuring percentage of exhaustion and K/S value, the influence of dyeing temperature, dyeing time and amount of alkali on dyeing effect were investigated. The optimized dyeing process parameters were dyeing at 50 ℃ for 40 min with the add on of glauber salt of 40 g/L and alkali 12 g/L, at which process, K/S value of dyed fabric could attain 7.023
