摘要
通过生产实践与试验,结合染色原理不断摸索学习,尝试对精纺毛织物后整理中常见的织物色光热敏效应作出分析论证。针对精纺毛织物生产中广泛使用的媒介染料、弱酸性染料、络合染料、毛用活性染料等自身特性与应用范围的不同,以及在后整理过程遇到引起色变的不同工序工艺条件,分别提出试验论证方案与提示,从而探索有效避免或控制毛织物后整理发生热敏效应的解决途径。
This paper analyzed color changing causes of worsted wool fabrics during finishing. The analysis was based on manufacturing practice and theoretical dyeing principle. The paper discussed the technological conditions causing color changes for widely used dyes of wool like mordant dye, weak acid dye, metal complex dye and reactive dye for wool respectively. And gave effective ways to prevent or control thermal sensitive color changing during finishing for worsted wool.
