不同型号清洗液对低密度脂蛋白胆固醇试剂的检测结果的影响

Influence of Different Types of Cleaning Detergents on Detection Results of Low-Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol

目的观察国产两种不同型号生化分析仪用清洗液与原装清洗液对低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)试剂检测结果的影响差别。方法分别在检测仪器使用三种清洗液情况下,用两个厂家同方法学的LDL-C试剂对高、中、低三种LDL-C浓度混合血清进行平行比较测定,观察试剂的变异系数、均数的差别。结果仪器使用该国产非浓缩型清洗液时,试剂各项检测指标基本与原装清洗液一致;当选用国产浓缩型清洗液时,部分样本测试结果明显偏低。结论不同型号清洗液对低密度脂蛋白胆固醇试剂检测结果有一定的影响,国产的清洗液用于原装替代前必须进行合理的筛选验证。

Objective To study the difference on determination of low density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C） based on alkaline cleaning detergent for the clinical chemistry analyzer, which included two Domestic detergents and an original detergent. Methods At the case using three washing liquid, the samples of serum with low, middle, high LDL-C concentration were detemined by using of two Manufacturers＇ LDL-C reagents. The coefficient of variation and specificity of the test result Between three kinds detergent were evaluated. Results With domestic non-concentrated washing liquid, the detection of basic indicators consistent with the original washing liquid and the domestic concentrated cleaning fluid＇s was significantly lower at this time. Conclusions Different types of washing liquid to the detetion of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol have a certain influence. It must be fully validated before the domestic detergent replacing the original.
