摘要
目的为新型的抗菌剂型——纳米银抗菌泡沫剂制订可控的质量标准。方法采用紫外分光光度法和银盐反应对纳米银抗茵泡沫剂主成分纳米银进行定性分析;采用透射电镜(TEM)法测定纳米银粒径范围;采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定纳米银抗菌泡沫剂中纳米银的含量。结果银的定性鉴别专属性强;纳米银粒子粒径均匀,集中在50~80nm;纳米银在0~4μg/mL范围内具有良好的线性关系,r=0.9993,加样回收率为,RSD=0.46%(n=9)。结论该方法简便、准确、可靠,且重现性好,可用于纳米银抗菌泡沫剂的质量控制。
Objective To formulate quality standard of new foam agent for antimicrobial with nanometer silver. Methods The silver nanoparticles was qualitatively analyzed by using UV-spectrophotometry and nano-silver particle size range was determinated by transmission electron microscope (TEM) and nano-silver content was determinated by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Results The results indicated that the qualitative identification of silver was specificity, nano-silver particle size was uniform concentrating in range of 50 80 nm. The linear in range of 0 - 4μg/mL and "r" was 0.9993 and sample recovery rate (RSD) was 0.46% (n = 9). Conclusions The conclusion demonstrates that the method is simple, accurate and reliable.and with good reproducibility, which can be used for nano-silver antibacterial foam agent quality control.
