膦甲酸钠治疗带状疱疹临床疗效

Efficacy of Foscarnet Sodium in the Treatment of Herpes Zoster

目的观察膦甲酸钠治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效与安全性。方法 120例带状疱疹患者分为三组,分别应用膦甲酸钠、喷昔洛韦、阿昔洛韦治疗,比较各组的临床疗效及止痛、水疱消退、结痂、脱痂时间。结果膦甲酸钠组总有效率为96.0%,喷昔洛韦组为91.4%,阿昔洛韦组为74.3%,疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);膦甲酸钠组与喷昔洛韦组止痛、水疱消退、结痂、脱痂时间无统计学意义(P>0.05),但均优于阿昔洛韦组(P<0.05)。结论膦甲酸钠治疗带状疱疹具有起效快、疗效好的特点。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Foscarnet Sodium in the treatment of herpes zoster. Methods 120 patients with herpes zoster were randomized to treat with Foscamet Sodium, Penciclovir or Acyclovir. Clinical efficacy was compared. Results The total effective rate was 96% in Foscamet Sodium group, 91.4% in Penciclovir group and 74.3% in Acyclovir group, with significant difference among the three groups （P 〈0.05）. No statistical significance was in the time of pain relief, blisters subsiding, scabbing, scabbing off between Foscamet sodium group and Penciclovir group （P 〉0.05）, but the two groups had significantly better efficacy than Acyclovir group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Foscamet Sodium has the features of faster onset and better effect in the treatment of herpes zoster.
