宫血宁胶囊促进产后子宫复旧的临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Promotion of Postpartum Uterine Involution Using Gongxuening Capsules

目的观察宫血宁胶囊在促进产后子宫复旧方面的临床效果。方法选择合适的产妇124例,随机分为实验组和对照组。根据具体情况进行抗炎、抗贫血治疗,在此基础上实验组给予患者宫血宁胶囊,2粒/次,3次/d;对照组给予患者口服益母草口服液,2支/次,3次/d。所有病患治疗均以1周为一个疗程。结果经过一个疗程的治疗,对两组的病患进行复查,实验组的总有效率为91.94%,对照组的总有效率为72.58%,两组比较差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫血宁胶囊在促进产后子宫复旧方面临床效果显著,值得在产褥期临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of gongxuening capsules on promoting postpartum uterine involution. Methods 124 appropriate matemals were choosen and divided into the experimental group and the control group randomly. All patients received anti-inflammatory and anemia therapy according to the specific circumstances. Based on the above measures, the experimental group received gongxuening capsules, 2 grains/time and 3 times/day; the control group was given oral motherwort oral liquid, 2 piece/time and 3 times/day. The treatment course of patients was one week. Results The total effective rate after one week of treatment was 91.94% in the experimental group, and the total effective rate after one week of treatment was 72.58% in the control group; the difference of total effective rate between the experimental group and control group was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Gongxuening capsule has a great clinical effect on promoting postpartum uterine involution, which is worthy of clinical appliction during stegrnonth.
