胸腔积液稀释联合尿激酶胸腔注入对结核性胸膜炎的治疗作用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨胸腔积液稀释联合尿激酶胸腔注入在结核性胸膜炎中的疗效。方法选取2009年1月至2012年2月于本院采用胸腔积液稀释联合尿激酶胸腔注入法进行治疗的31例患者为观察组,同期采用地塞米松胸腔内注射法进行治疗的31例患者为对照组,对两组患者的治疗总有效率、胸膜厚度、胸膜粘连发生率、积液吸收时间、抽液次数及抽液量进行比较。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,胸膜厚度小于对照组,胸膜粘连发生率低于对照组,积液吸收时间<10d比例大于对照组,抽液次数少于对照组,抽液量大于对照组,P均<0.05,有显著性差异。结论胸腔积液稀释联合尿激酶胸腔注入在结核性胸膜炎中的疗效较好,显效快,并且可显著控制不良情况的发生。 Objective To investigate the effect of pleural effusion dilution joint urokinase pleural injection in the treatment of tuberculous pleurisy. Methods 31 patients with pleural effusion the dilution joint urokinase thoracic cavity injection method for the treatment from January 2009 to February 2012 were chosen as the observation group. 31 patients with dexamethasone injection intrathoracic method for treatment at the same period were set as the control group. The total efficiency, pleural thickness, the incidence ofpleural adhesions, fluid absorption, the number of drainage and pumping volume of the two groups after treatment were compared. Results The total efficiency rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. The pleural thickness of the observation group was less than that of the control group, the incidence of pleural adhesions of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and effusion absorption 〈10 d proportion of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the pumping liquid of the observation group was less than that of the control group, pumping volume of the observation group was greater than that of the control group, with significant difference (P 〈0.05). Conclusions Pleural effusion dilution joint urokinase pleural injection in the treatment of tuberculous pleurisy is markedly effective, which can significantly control the occurrence of undesirable situations.
