摘要
目的:研究猫低速弹颅脑伤后几个重要血液流变学指标的变化,探 索甘露醇和/或低分子右旋糖苷治疗对脑微循环的作用。方法:改良Carey法制作 猫CMW模型,将24只猫分为4组,即单纯创伤组(C组)、甘露醇治疗组(Man组)。 低右组(Dex组)和甘露醇+低右治疗组(M+ D组)。分别于伤前10min、伤后 30min、90min、4h、8h采静脉血栓测 ηb、ηp、PFC、HCT、ESR、AI和TK等。结果。 CMW后C组ηb、ηp、PFC等明显升高,TK下降,至8 h仍未恢复正常;Man或Dex均 可改善血液流变学特性,M+D治疗可较长时间改善血液流变特性。结论:建立的 动物模型稳定,低速弹颅脑伤后血液流变学各指标出现明显异常;单用Man或 Dex40治疗有效但作用时间短; M+ D治疗可长时间明显改善血液流变性。
Objectives: To seek the alterations of blood rheology following low - velocity missile craniocerebral wounded cats and study the therapeutical effects treated with mannitol and/or Dextran 40. Methods: Construct a CMW animal model in cat reference to Carey ME'S method, Twenty -- four cats were divided into four subgroups with 6 in each. Blood samples were collected at 10min previous CMW and 30min, 90min, 4h, 8h after CMW respectively for surveying and calculating b, P, PFC, HCT, ESR,AI and deformability of RBC(TK). Results: Vital signs. kept stable at each time point in four groups. Treated with mannitol and dextran 40 all eviated blood rheological alterations signifcantly and longer then mannitol or dextran 40 solely. Conclusion:The improved CMW animal model in accordance with Carer's is stable for studying. Blood rheologicel charasters decreased following low -- Velocity missile wounded cats. Treated with mannitol or dextran 40 separately will ameliorate the impaired blood rheology, but their effects are shorter. The combined utilization of mannitol and dextran 40 relieves rheological changes more prominently and longer than either mannitol or dextran 40.
