摘要
目的:观察依昔苯酮(Exifone,Exf)对大鼠血栓形成及血液流变学各 项指标的影响。方法:用颈动、静脉旁路法观察Exf对大鼠实验性血栓形成的作用; 用肾上腺素加冰水法观察了Exf对大鼠血液流变学10项指标的影响。结果: Exf 54mg/kg灌胃给药后对大鼠血栓形成有明显抑制作用。与空白对照组比有显著差 异(P<0.01)。而对血液流变学10项指标也有不同的改善作用,与血瘀模型组比 较有较显著差异(P<0.05-0.01)。结论:Exf具有抗大鼠实验性血栓形成作用,并 能改善血液流变学多项指标。
Objective: To Observe. the effects of formation on thrombosis and hemorrheology index of rats. Metheds: (1 ) to observe the action of exifone on formation of experimental thrombosis by the carotid and jugular bypath. (2)To Test the effect of exifone on ten kinds of hemorrheology index of rats by adrenaline and ice -- water way. Results: Exifone 54, g/kg has obviously inhibition on the theromtasis of rat. Compared with controlled group, the difference was obvious(p < 0.01 ). Conclusion: Exifone can inhibit the action of experimental thrombosis and improve the hemorrheology index of rats.
