消肿活血散对关节功能障碍模型家兔血液流变性的影响

EFFECTS OF "XIAOZHONG HUOXUE SAN" ON BLOOD RHEOLOGY IN JOINT DYSFUNCTION OF RABBIT MODELS

采用膝关节制动造成的关节功能障碍家兔模型，以中药消肿活血散 袋泡剂外洗进行治疗，对模型兔血液流变性的变化进行观察。结果发现，模型家兔 血流变各项指标明显异常，伴随修复过程，用药组各项指标下降并接近正常。消肿 活血散明显降低了全血高、低切粘度、血浆粘度、纤维蛋白原，降低了红细胞聚集 性，增强了红细胞的变形能力。

Rabbit models with joint dysfunction were made by knee immobilization and treated by external washing with 'XIAOZHOUG, HUOXUE SAN' (XHS Preparation of traditional Chinese drugs, Powder for Removing the Swellings and Activating the Bind circulation), and the hemorheological chandes of the rabbit models were observed and analyzed. The results showe that all the hemorheological indices of the rabbit models were obviously abnormal; all the indices of the drug groups were significantly reduced and appreached to the normal; XHS functioned to significantly reduce the whole blood viscosity (in high or low shear), plasma viscosity,fibrinogen and RBC aggregation and increaed the reythrocyte deformability.
