摘要
目的探讨舒适护理对胃癌患者生命质量的影响及护理措施。方法对2009年1月至2010年1月间在我院接受诊治的胃癌患者60例给予舒适护理,评估护理效果。结果护理后患者在躯体角色、机体疼痛、一般健康状况、生命力、社会功能、情感角色、心理健康方面明显优于护理前,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。舒适护理后患者总满意度为96.67%,护理前为73.33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理能明显更提高胃癌患者生命质量,值得应用。
Objective To investigate the influence of comfort care on quality of life of patients with gastric carcinoma and related care measures. Methods 60 patients with gastric carcinoma in our hospital fi＇om January in 2009 to January in 2010 received comfort care, and the nursing efficacy was evaluated. Results The scores of body role, body pain, health status, vitality, social fimction, sentiment role and mental health after comfort care were superior to those before comfort care （P 〈0.05）. The total degree of satisfaction was 96.67% after comfort care and 73.33% before comfort care, with significant difference before and after comfort care （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Comfort care can significantly improve the quality of life of patients with gastric carcinoma, which is worthy of application.
