健康教育对泌尿外科留置双J管患者的影响

Influence of Health Education on Patients with Indwelling Double-J Tube in Urology Department

目的探讨健康教育在术后留置双J管患者并发症发生率及患者拔管顺从性的作用。方法将210例术后留置双J管患者分为观察组和对照组;对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予术前、术后及出院后健康教育。结果观察组患者遵医拔管率高于对照组,并发症低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论全程护理服务与健康教育能有效提高术后留置双J管患者拔管顺从性,减少并发症的发生,是一种有效、经济的护理干预方式。

Objective To discuss the effect of health education on the postoperative complications incidence and the extubation compliance in patients with postoperative indwelling double-J tube. Methods 210 cases of postoperative indwelling double-J tubes were divided into observation group and control group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group was given preoperative, postoperative and post-discharge health education on the basis of routine nursing. Results The extubation compliance in observation group was higher than that in the control group, and complication incidence was lower than that in the control group （P 〈0.01）. Conclusions Full nursing services and health education can effectively increase the extubation compliance of postoperative patients with indwelling double J tubes, and reduce the incidence of complications, which is an effective and economical nursing intervention.
