Nursing in Pediatric Strabismus Correction Surgery Under General Anesthesia

目的探讨护理在全麻下小儿斜视矫正术中的作用。方法回顾性研究2010年2月至2010年12月宜昌市中心人民医院眼科29例全麻术下斜视矫正手术患者的临床资料,总结该组患者的术后效果及并发症。结果本组29例斜视患者,均获得预期的手术效果,其中仅有1例患儿发生呕吐,无窒息,其余患儿术中平稳,术后恢复好。结论优质的术前、术中及术后护理对于全麻下小儿斜视矫正手术的成功起着至关重要的作用。

Objective To explore the role of nursing in pediatric strabismus correction surgery under general anesthesia. Methods The clinical data of 29 cases undergoing strabismus correction surgery under general anesthesia fi＇om February 2010 to December 2010 were retrospectively studied, the postoperative effect and complications were summarized. Results All the 29 strabismus patients obtained expected surgical effect except for only one case with vomiting, without suffocation. The remaining patients got good postoperative recovery. Conclusions The qualified preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative nursing plays a very imoortant role in pediatric strabismus correction surgery under general anesthesia.
