耳鼻喉科护理人员临床听力学水平的调查分析

摘要 目的调查耳鼻喉科护理人员的临床听力学水平,探讨现阶段提高患者满意度的有效措施。方法采用自行设计的《临床听力学调查问卷》对广州市大型综合性医院耳鼻喉科护理人员进行调查,利用SPSS13.0对调查数据进行统计分析。结果调查发现大部分耳鼻喉科护理人员对于听力学检查新应用了解不够,且职称、学历以及两者之间的交互均未见显著影响(P职称=0.712,P学历=0.553,P职称×学历=0.782)。结论现阶段耳鼻喉科护理人员的临床听力学水平仍需提高;可采取业务学习、改良职称晋升考核内容等方式帮助耳鼻喉科护理人员更好地掌握临床听力学知识,力求在优质护理的基础上促进诊疗效率的提升,满足患者的需求,进一步提高患者的满意度。 Objective To investgate the level of clinical audiology of ENT nurses, and to find the effective measures to improve patients' satisfaction. Methods The self-designed questionnaire was adopted in the investigation for ENT nurses in large general hospitals in Guangzhou. Results The majority of ENT nurses had insufficient understanding of the new application of examination items in clinical audiology, which title, education, and the interactions had no significant effects in it (PTitle = 0.712, PBducntion = 0.553, Pinteraction = 0.782). Conclusions In order to meet the patients' needs, and improve the patients' satisfaction, promote treatment efficiency on the basis of high-quality nursing, measures should be taken to improve the level of clinical audiology of ENT nurses at present, such as professional study, communication, evaluation in title promotion, and so on.
