胃镜室感染危险因素分析及应对措施

目的分析与探讨胃镜清洗消毒不当引起医源性感染的危险因素。方法针对发生医院感染的危险因素高度重视,对引起医院感染的危险因素进行探讨分析,同时对胃镜室医护人员进行专业知识培训,制定完善的工作程序,加强督导和检查力度。结果加强胃镜室的规范化管理,可以有效控制医院感染,提高胃镜室医护人员对医院感染控制工作的自律性,使患者有一个安全的就医环境。结论加强胃镜室规范化管理,是降低医院感染发生率的重要措施。

Objective To analyze the risk factor of the latrogenic infection caused by inappropriate cleaning and disinfection of gastroscope. Methods The risk factors of nosocomial infection was analyzed. In the meantime, the professional knowledge training of medical personnel, formulation of perfect working procedures, strengthening of supervision and inspection efforts were tanken in gastroscopy room. Results Strengthening the standardized management of gastroscopy room could effectively control the nosocomial infection, improve the nosocomial infection control work discipline, and allow patients to have a safe medical environment. Conclusions To strengthen the standardized management in the gastroscopy room is an important measure to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection.
