1339名城乡女学生月经情况调查分析

The Investigation and Analysis of Menstruation of 1 339 Normal Female Students

对贵州省 8～ 2 0岁的女学生 2 537名月经情况进行调查。结果 :月经来潮率 52 74 % ;初潮最早年龄为 8岁 ,最晚年龄为 19岁 ,平均初潮年龄为 13 2 3岁 ,95%允许限为 9 94～ 15 76岁 ,95%可信区间为 13 16～ 13 80岁 ;月经持续时间平均为 4 95d ,城乡间月经持续时间有显著性差异 (P <0 0 0 1) ;月经周期平均为 30 77d ,城乡之间无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5)。

To understand the circumstances of the normal female student's menstruation in Guizhou. The students who are from eight years old to twenty years old are investigated and required on the spot results. The mensis coming rate is 52.74 percent. The minimum age of the first mensis is eight years old, the maximum age of the first mensis is nineteen years old.The mean age of the first mensis is thirteen point twenty-three years old.The allowance limit of 95 percent is nine point ninety-four to fifteen point seventy-six years old. The believable range is thirteen point sixteen to thirteen point eight years old.The mean day of the periods lasting is four point ninety-five days, the comparison between the students living in city and countryside is extremly different (P<0 001).The mean of the mensis cycle is thirty point seventy-seven days, the comparison of it between the students living in the city and the countryside has no significant difference(P>0 05).
