摘要
湖北省是地质灾害种类多、灾情严重和分布面积较广的地区,其遍布全省的许多电网工程都面临着滑坡、塌陷和泥石流等地质灾害的威胁。因此,需要建立一个信息完整和查询便捷的电网工程地质灾害数据库为该省电网工程的综合防灾减灾系统建设服务。在广泛收集湖北省区域地质灾害和电网工程信息,分析电网地质灾害的灾害类型及各种类型地质灾害影响因素的基础上,基于MAPGIS平台采用VB语言建立了湖北省电网地质灾害数据库,该数据库具有电网信息工程管理、地质灾害信息管理、地质灾害统计分析、区域地质灾害评价、单体地质灾害评价、地质灾害防治对策查询和用户系统维护等七大功能,提高了该省电网工程地质灾害的信息化管理水平,为该省电网地质灾害的预警预报工作可提供了有力的信息技术支持。
Hubei province is located in a region which is widely afflicted with various types of geological hazards, and power grid projects all over the province are faced with landslides, collapses and other geological disasters. It is therefore necessary to establish a geological hazard database with complete information and convenient inquiry platform to service the hazard prevention and mitigation for the power grid projects. After an extensive information collection of geologic hazards and power grid projects and an in-depth analysis on the types and influence factors of geologic hazards, a geological hazard database for power grid projects in Hubei province is developed by using VB programming language based on MAPGIS. This database includes seven modules, namely information engineering management of power grid, information engineering management of geologic hazards, statistic analysis on geological hazards, regional geological hazard assessment, individual geological hazard evaluation, inquiry of the countenneasures to the geological hazard and user management. The database is expected to improve the information management of geological hazards in power grid projects and provide a solid technical support for the forecasting and early warning of geologic hazards in Habei province power grid.
