摘要
介绍了大型电动轮矿用自卸车后悬架的结构及工作原理,并对车架和驱动桥间关节轴承在各工况下的受力进行了分析,对矿用自卸车前进时,车架和驱动桥间关节轴承进行了有限元分析。通过分析结果可以准确掌握关节轴承内、外圈之间的接触应力、接触区域和摩擦应力,可以指导关节轴承的设计、选材及热处理。
The structure and working principle of rear suspension for large size electric driving mining dump truck is introduced, and the stress of spherical plain bearings between frame and driving axle is analyzed under various circum stances. As a case, a FEA is carried out about spherical plain bearings between frame and driving axle when the truck moves forward, and the contact pressure, contact zone and friction stress between inner and outer bearing is obtained, which offer a reference to designing, material selecting, heat treatment of spherical plain bearings.
