摘要
特大型宽端面薄壁轴承套圈经表面热处理后变形较大,通过在热处理前增加车斜坡工序,减少了套圈有效淬硬层加工余量,保证了滚道有效淬硬层深度和均匀性,提高了轴承的加工效率和使用寿命。
Aimed at serious deformation after surface quenching of extra large size wide end face thin - walled bearing rings, the machining allowance of effective hardened layer of rings is reduced and the depth and uniformity of effective hardened layer of raceway is ensured by adding process of turning slope before heat treatment line.
