摘要
提出了一种在转子系统中利用共振法测量轴承动态径向刚度的方法。从理论上分析了转子系统的物理模型,并简化出转子系统的单自由度模型,进而建立临界转速与轴承动态径向刚度之间的函数关系。试验采用调速电动机使转子跨越临界转速,并用Bode图测出临界转速,根据函数关系求出轴承的动态径向刚度。
A method is presented for measurement of dynamic radial stiffness of bearings in rotor system by resonance method. The physical model for rotor system is theoretically analyzed, a SODF ( single degree of freedom) model for ro tor system is simplified, and then the functional relationship between the critical speed and bearing dynamic radial stiff ness is created. The rotor is accelerated by speed control motor and steps over critical speed, the critical speed is tested with Bode diagram, and finally the dynamic radial stiffness is calculated according to the functional relationship.
