摘要 在结构基因组学研究方面,北美洲取得了巨大进展,欧洲是缓慢地开始但是强劲地结束,日本是最先开始进行结构基因组学研究的国家之一,并且一直在努力地从事这方面的研究,澳大利亚也在参与结构基因组学研究。核酸结合蛋白对阐明蛋白质-核酸相互作用机理是非常重要的,用结构基因组学研究蛋白质-核酸作用机理将清楚地解释象癌症、糖尿病等疾病的发病机制,这样人类就可以用相关蛋白质的结构信息合成药物来治疗这些疾病。 North America has made great progress in structural genomics research,Europe is a slow start but strong finish in structural genomics research,Japan is one of the first countries to initiate structural genomics and is making efforts to conduct it,and Australia is also participating in structural genomics research.Nucleic acid-binding proteins are important to clarify the mechanism of nucleic acid-protein interaction for clearly explaining the mechanism of the pathogenesis of some diseases by structural genomics research results so that the diseases,such as cancer,diabetes and so on,can be cured by the medicines synthesized according to the information of the related protein structures.
