当代高密度社区休憩空间适居性研究的进展

Research progress of livable patterns of recreational space in contemporary high-density community

社区休憩空间是城市生活最贴近居民的部分,高密度是我国很多城市的基本居住形态。在紧凑城市理念和"社区重构"的宏观背景下,提高社区休憩环境的品质,展现城市生活的特质和魅力是城市住区可持续发展的重要课题。本文介绍了作为高密度社区休憩空间研究背景的可持续住区理论和绿色建筑理论,对有关高密度居住的研究成果做了回顾和评述,重点对当代高密度居住环境下的社区休憩空间的研究成果做了较详尽研究,探讨了存在的问题和改进的方向。

Community recreational space is the urban environment which has the closest connection with people. High-density is the primary pattern for dwelling in most cities in China. Under the macro context of the compact city concept and community reconstruction, the important issues of sustainable urban residential districts are to improve the quality of community recreational space and express the characteristics and charms of city life. The paper introduces sustainable settlement theory and green construction theory with the high density community space as the research background, reviews contemporary research progress of high-density residence, mainly explores community recreational space in high-density residential environment, and discusses the existing problems and the direction of improvement.
