摘要
双向智能钥匙可以和汽车之间进行双向通信,它不仅可以发送高频信号,同时也可以接受汽车的反馈信号。采用NI公司的DAQ卡对双向智能钥匙的充放电电流、反馈电压进行单通道或者双通道采集,以LabVIEW为软件开发平台,构建了关于电流和电压波形的测试系统,进行数据采集和信号分析。应用结果表明,系统操作方便、界面友好、测量数据准确,根据实测的每个周期里幅度的最大值,最小值,充电时间和放电时间,可以改善和确定钥匙模块里充电电池的性能参数,以保证钥匙能量模块能够正常工作。
Bidirectional smart key can handle bidirectional communication with vehicle,it not only sends radio frequency,but also can receive the feedback signal from vehicle.Using NI DAQ to make the single or dual channel acquisition of charge,discharge current and feedback voltage of bidirectional smart keys,a test system is established on current and voltage waveform with LabVIEW software development platform,then the data acquisition and signal are analysed.The results show that the system is easy to operate and has a convenient interface,can measure data accurately,the performance parameters of rechargeable battery in key module can be improved and determined according to the actual maximum,minimum amplitudes,charge and discharge time of each cycle in order to ensure key energy module to work regularly.
