论“酒道”之“酒色”

此处的"酒色",是白酒发展历程中已经存在或者即将存在的"颜色"。无色透明是白酒的基色调,如黄酒的黄色即是其酒体的本色。白酒与时俱进,风行的和谐兼香型"蓝色"却是市场多元化风格发展的需要,而不是酒体的本色。而在市场上存在多年的"绿色"白酒却没有能够如现在的"蓝色"白酒一般盛行,但其健康保健的理念必然会随着人们生活水平的提高和消费观念的转变,逐渐成为市场的主流。对于"黑色"白酒,如中国的黑白两极太极图一般,与白酒相生相伴,是白酒营养保健的必然发展,也是白酒走向自然的回归,是白酒天人合一的必然走向。

Liquor color includes the existed color and the forthcoming color in liquor development process. Colorless and transparent is the base color for liquor. Yellow is the natural color for yellow wine. The appearance of blue liquor, thought it is not the base color for liquor, it keeps pace with the times and reflects diversified liquor styles. The existed green liquor is not so popular as blue liquor, however, it might become the mairistream in liquor market with the change of peoples＇ consumption views.
