探索医学机能实验学载体作用 培养本科医学生创新能力

摘要 基础相对薄弱,各方面制约因素较多的地方医学院校如何加强创新精神培养,提高医学生创新能力,肩负起培养优秀医学人才的责任,是大多数高等医学院校面临的现实问题。实践证明,以"转化医学,临床研究,自主学习"三个理念统领学生创新能力培养;以四个途径实施学生创新能力培养;以两个基础推进学生创新能力培养效果很好。 Most of local medical colleges and universities generally are relatively fragile in their foundation with restricting factors to strengthen the cultivation of innovation spirit. How to improve the medical students' innovative ability to shoulder the responsibility of cultivating excellent medical talents is a realistic problem. Practice has proved that a very good effect has been achieved throughout the three concepts: "transla- tional medicine, clinical research, autonomous learning" in students' innovative ability cultivation; the implementation of students' research training has been adhered to in four ways; and the two bases have improved students' innovation ability cultivation.
