We use the method of third derivation spectrum to measure the injection content of ATP.When the density of ATP injection is between 60 to 150 ug/ml,the value of amptitude D has a nice linear connection with the density,r=0.9999,the average rate of recovery is 100.16%,ev=0.85%,n=5.
